  • Bitcoin Alive is Australia’s 1st and largest Bitcoin-only conference experience.

    Bringing together the entire Bitcoin community from AU/NZ, Bitcoin Alive is THE yearly Bitcoin gathering.

  • The date for Bitcoin Alive 2025 is March 8th, 2025.

  • Bitcoin Alive will showcase the best and brightest Bitcoin minds from Australia and abroad. Check out our website for the latest speaker announcements.

  • Bitcoin Alive 2025 is being held at the UNSW Roundhouse. You can find more information about the Roundhouse here.

  • Yes, Bitcoin Alive welcomes all levels of Bitcoiners. There will be a wide variety of topics discussed across the 3 stages. This includes plenty of beginner friendly content.

  • Bitcoin Alive is an all age event. We encourage children/young people to attend to learn about the future of money. Children under the age of 13 can attend at no cost. Please be mindful your child/children will need to be under your care at all times.

Tickets

  • Bitcoin Alive ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Tickets are to be treated like cash.

  • Bitcoin Alive accepts the following payment options:

    • Card (Visa & Mastercard)

    • Bitcoin (Onchain & Lightning) - includes 5% discount

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept AMEX payments.

  • Yes. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can simply provide them with your ticket and they will be able to enter.

    Bitcoin Alive is a KYC free event.

  • Yes, we can help facilitate an upgrade of ticket.

    If you have a General Admission ticket and wish to upgrade to a VIP ticket, please head to our tickets portal to process your upgrade.

  • No. Bitcoin Alive is a KYC free event. We will not ask for any identity in order to enter the event.

Event Day

  • Bitcoin Alive is a full-day experience. Doors will open at 9:30 am with the networking/after party concluding at 8:30 pm.

  • There will be a mixture of cash, card and Bitcoin being accepted across the various vendors and merchandise stalls.

    We recommend bringing a little bit of everything to ensure you can purchase all the things you desire.

  • If you want to purchase some merch or a book, you are welcome to bring along a small amount of Bitcoin.

    Please exercise good security and op-sec with your Bitcoin.

  • You may bring a camera, but we ask that you please respect other people’s personal space and privacy. Please do not take pictures or videos of people without their consent or awareness.

    No professional camera’s are permitted to film the event.

  • Yes. There will be food/drinks available for purchase at the event all day. This includes on site options and food trucks.

    Barista coffee and tea will be provided to ALL attendees, free of charge.

  • Yes. Bitcoin Alive 2025 will have an exhibitor hall.

    There will be plenty of interactive and interesting experiences to be had.

  • Yes. Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees.

  • Yes. The Roundhouse has an elevator available to navigate between the ground and upper floor.

Travel

  • Bitcoin Alive 2025 will be held at The Roundhouse. We recommend travelling via public transport if possible as parking may be limited in the immediate vicinity. There is a public light-rail (L3) that stops directly outside the venue doors.

  • There are plenty of hotels and AirBNB options nearby to Kensington (Bondi, Coogee etc). The CBD is also a short light-rail away from the venue.
